The purpose of this site is to give you access to information about the three services provided by the Joint Board:
Canvass
Since July, we have been carrying out our Canvass. We have contacted households by email, post, and household visit to ensure that the correct information is held on the Register of Electors for each household.
We are now in the final stages of the Canvass and will be publishing the updated Register of Electors on 1 December 2024. If you have not already responded to our communications, please do so now to ensure that your household details are correct.
You can still make your response online at https://www.registersecurely.com/rvjb (copy and paste the link into your browser) or you can telephone the office on 0300 300 0150 and one of the team will be glad to help you update your details.
