UK Parliamentary Postal Vote Reapplication.

Over the past few months, we have been contacting electors by email and letter to advise that their postal vote for UK Parliamentary elections requires to be renewed by 31 January 2026, or it will be cancelled.  We are now in the process of issuing correspondence to advise that the postal vote arrangement has been cancelled for UK Parliamentary Election where we have not received a successful application to renew.

You may receive this correspondence by email or letter but if you are in any doubt over any correspondence sent to you by us, please do not hesitate to call this office and one of the team will be able to assist you.

Please be aware this will only affect your postal vote arrangement for UK Parliamentary elections.  If you have a postal vote arrangement in place for the Scottish Parliament election on 7 May 2026 this voting arrangement will not be cancelled.
